Privacy Notice

Who we are
VexoLogic Pte Ltd is a Singapore-incorporated software development firm. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it, in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What personal data we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- Your name.
- Your work email address.
- Your company name.
- The project description you provide.
We also temporarily process your IP address to apply a per-IP rate-limit on form submissions (5 per minute). The IP address is held only in memory and is not persisted to any database or log file.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your inquiry.
- To prevent automated abuse of the contact form.
We do not use this data for marketing, profiling, or any other secondary purpose.
How long we keep it
Submitted contact-form messages are retained in our sielaw@vexologic.net mailbox
until they are no longer needed for the inquiry that triggered them, or until you
request deletion (see "Your PDPA rights"). IP addresses are not retained beyond
the rate-limit window.
Who we share it with
We deliver the contents of your submission over SMTP to our email provider,
Zoho Mail (zoho.com), which hosts our vexologic.net inbox and is the only
third party that processes your message. Zoho is a contracted data processor.
No other third parties receive your personal data through this website.
Customer Portal & Ticketing Data
If you use the VexoLogic customer portal and ticketing system, the following applies:

Data storage: Your ticket submissions, comments, and associated metadata (including your name, email, and company) are stored in Neon Postgres, hosted in the Singapore region (
ap-southeast-1). All data is encrypted at rest. -
Retention period: Portal data is retained for the duration of your engagement with VexoLogic, plus 7 years thereafter for audit and compliance purposes (ACRA requirement).

Sub-processors: In addition to Zoho (email delivery), your portal data is processed by Neon (our database hosting provider). Both are contracted data processors operating under processing agreements aligned with PDPA requirements.

Data-subject rights: You have the right to request export or deletion of your personal data. Deletions are permanent and cascade across all associated records (tickets, comments, projects). To exercise these rights, email sielaw@vexologic.net. We will respond within 30 days.

Geographic compliance: All application-level data (customer PII, tickets, comments) is stored exclusively in Singapore (
ap-southeast-1) and does not leave this region except for incident investigation or backup purposes approved in writing.
Your PDPA rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct any inaccurate personal data.
- Withdraw consent to our continued processing.
- Request deletion of your personal data.

Changes to this notice
We may update this notice over time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. We will not retroactively reduce the protections that applied to data already collected.
